摘要
研究了以浸出—氧化—中和法处理闪速炉电收尘(FFEP)烟灰,并将其中的砷以砷铁渣形式脱除。产出的砷铁渣符合无毒弃渣标准(GB5086-85,GBl2502-90),其它有价金属得到综合回收,回收率和杂质脱除率均达到满意效果。
A new technic for treating with flash furnace electric precipitation (FFEP) dust by leaching, oxidation, neutralization and removal arsenic by producing ferrous arsenate slag is studied. The ferrous arsenate slag is nontoxic and its quality meets GB5086-85 and GB12502-90.The other valuable metals in dust are recovered or removed effectively.
