摘要
基于CdS纳米粉末组装体系对粉末结构形貌的要求,采用异丙醇铝水解法制备了纯度99 99%、粒径小于80nm的不同形貌的γ AlOOH超微粒,研究了巯基乙酸控制沉淀粒子晶型、形状、粒度及其分布的模板作用行为,初步探讨了该工艺工业化的可行性。
Based on the requirements of CdS assemblies for the carrier structure and morphology, high purity AlOOH nanoparticles with different structure and morphology were prepared. The template effects of mercaptoacetic acid on the crystallized structure, shape, particle size and its distribution of precursors has been studied. And the feasibility of industrialization for the technology was simply discussed.
