摘要 通过生产实践根据聚酰胺 6切片生产流程 ,分别就聚合温度、时间、萃取水温、萃取水浴比以及干燥氮气温度等因素对聚酰胺 According to the flowchart of polyamide-6 chip production, this article mainly discusses and analyzes the relevant items affecting the viscosity of polyamide-6 chip, such as polymerization temperature, polymerization time, extraction water temperature, extraction water bath ratio and the temperature of drying nitrogen,and is helpful for the product viscosity control in polyamide-6 production.
