摘要
血管内治疗颅内动脉瘤的技术已成为微侵袭神经外科的重要组成部分,但其用于梭形、宽颈或巨大动脉瘤的治疗时,由于内皮细胞长时间不能覆盖瘤颈口而成为影响血管内治疗长期疗效的一个重要原因。高科技材料和生物工程技术的不断发展,外敷高分子生物材料的复合弹簧圈不仅能加速内皮细胞的愈合,而且还为生物移植提供了稳定的平台。
Endovascular therapeutic technique has become an important part of mini-invasive neurosurgery, however when it is used for the fusiform, wide-neck or huge aneu-rysms, the endothelial cells cannot completely cover the neck of aneurysm for a long time. So it becomes an important cause in affecting the long-term efficacy of endovascular treatment. With the development of high-tech materials and bioengineering technique, the complex microcofl covered with macromolecular biomaterial can not only accelerate endothelium cellular migration and adhesion, but also provide a stable platform for biografting.
