摘要
从活性污泥中分离出一株产絮凝剂的细菌W7 1,初步鉴定为Klebiellaplanticola,W7 1对产絮凝剂的培养条件要求简单,常用碳源和氮源都能产生较高活性的絮凝剂,在pH5~10的范围内都适应絮凝剂的产生.絮凝剂的添加量、金属阳离子和絮凝体系的pH值对絮凝活性有一定影响,其絮凝剂产量远远高于其它絮凝剂,且有很好的热稳定性.提纯后的絮凝剂更高效且水溶性比较好.
A bacterial strain W7-1 with high productivity and flocculating activity isolated from activated sludge and identified as Klebiella planticola. The test showed that the culture condition of the W7-1 is so simple that many carbon and nitrogen sources are feasible to attain an excellent bioflocculant. The wider pH value ranges of the culture medium is within 5~10. The flocculating activity is influenced by the flocculant dosage ,metal cation and pH value. The bioflocculant productivity is far larger than other biofocullant yield. This purified bioflocculant is a polymer polymerized by kind of single sugar and have temperature stability.
