摘要
在螺杆式容积计量装置方案设计中,运用功能论方法建立方案设计与总体设计之间的过渡,将方案设计中的灰箱图深化,并对功能元作深入分析,得到螺旋式容积计量装置功能系统图.根据灰箱图中的技术元并结合功能系统图建立构造系统图,使灰箱图确定的设计方案进一步充实.通过功能评价,计算出各构造方案的功能价值,从而使螺杆式容积计量装置方案设计可以非常明确而具体地转入总体设计.
In the design of metric device of screw volume, a functional system graph was obtained through establishing transition between the scheme design and overall design in packaging machinery design, by using the methodology of functionalism, by deepening the gray-box charts, and by analyzing the functional unit. The design scheme obtained from the gray box chart was perfected by combining technology units in gray box chart and functional graph, and by building construct system chart. Through functional assessment, the functional value of various structure scheme was calculated, and the scheme design can be switched to overall design very clearly and concretely.
