摘要
目的 :探讨电话回访式健康教育对病人在遵医行为、生活方式及自我保健方面的影响。方法 :将 1 4 7例原发性高血压病人出院时随机分为两组 ,观察组 81人 ,出院后定期电话回访 ,对照组 66人 ,出院后不采取任何措施 ,6个月后通过自行设计的调查表 ,将两组病人在家庭用药、自我保健、再入院三方面进行对比分析。结果 :接受电话回访式健康教育的原发性高血压病人在家庭用药、自我保健、再入院三方面均显著好于对照组。结论 :电话回访式健康教育密切了护患关系 ,提高了患者的自我保护意识和生存质量 ,又因其经济、快捷 。
Objective:To discuss the health education by tele phone return visit how affect the patients obeying the doctors advice,his li fe-style and self-care.WTHZMethods:WTBZAs being discharged from hospital,147 hypertension patients were divided randomly into two groups:the observing group and the control group.81 patients were in the observing group who received tele phone return visit regularly,and 66 patients were in the control group to whom n othing was done after they left hospital.Six months later,the results of the que stionnaire designed were compared and analyzed in terms of family-medication,sel f-care and the second time hospitalization of two groups.WTHZResults:WTBZ The results obtained indicated that the hypertension patients who received telep hone return visit were clear superior to the control group in the respects of fa mily-medication and self-care,and the rate of the second time hospitalization wa s significantly lower than that of the control group.WTHZConclusions:WTBZCon ducting the health education by telephone return visit strengthen the nurses t ies with the patients,enhanced the patients self-protect consciousness,and imp roved the quality of their living.At the same time,as this method is very econom ical and convenient,it is worth being applied widespread.
