摘要
本文从界定大学文化涵义和探讨研究大学文化意义出发 ,提出大学文化体系的五大形态结构理论 ,分析各形态存在方式、地位功能和相互关系 ,并以现代大学文化理念 ,论述了构建大学先进文化范式的若干重要思路。
In the article the author presnts five theories of formation structure in system of university culture by demarcating the meaning of university culture and studying the significance of it.He analyses the existing ways,functions and relationship of different formations and also provides some good thinkings on basis of modern theories of university culture about organizing patterns of advanced culture in universities.
