摘要
本文主要介绍了高分子量的水溶性聚丙烯酸钠的合成工艺,包括聚合方法的选择,聚合工艺特点的介绍,反应器型式的选择,中试工艺流程的设计及中试放大过程中搅拌功率的计算等。通过反相悬浮法,采用1000L立式搪瓷聚合釜,三叶后掠式搅拌桨,聚合工艺过程稳定,得到颗粒形态良好且分子量较高的PNaAA。
The polymerization process of water-soluble and high molecular weight polyacrylate sodium (PNaAA), including the selection of polymerization means, the characteristic of process, the selection of reactor, the process flow of scale-up and the calculation of stirred power was introduced in this paper. Results showed that the stability for the system was good and the resins with high molecular weight were gained by inverse suspension polymerization.
