摘要
针对科研项目研制风险模糊性与灰色性并存的特点,采用模糊数学理论和灰色关联分析方法,建立了科研项目研制工艺路线风险的灰色模糊评价模型.该模型在单个评价指标的模糊评价基础上,利用灰色关联分析,综合分析与评价待评工艺路线隐含的风险程度,按照风险大小对各工艺路线进行优劣排序,并通过实例说明该方法的具体步骤和在科研项目风险管理中的实际意义.
Setting up a model of grey and fuzzy evaluation of technological routes risks in research projects based on grey relevancy analysis. This model aims at the characteristic of research project risks with both fuzzy and grey. On the base of fuzzy evaluating of technological routes and prioritizes these routes based on risks. Furthermore an example is given to explain the steps and the significance of this method in risk management of research projects.
