摘要
基质金属蛋白酶 (MMP)在食管癌侵袭转移中起重要作用。MMP在食管癌的表达有明显增加 ,其表达水平与食管癌预后具相关性。MMP抑制剂 (TIMP)可望成为食管癌临床用药。现综述近年来有关MMP与肿瘤血管生成和食管癌表达、侵袭转移方面的研究进展。
