摘要
以40Cr、65Mn和T11A钢为例,采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜,较深入地研究了淬火温度对显微组织影响的规律,得出:随淬火加热温度的连续升高,依次形成隐针马氏体→混乱取向的细针状马氏体→纤维状马氏体→粗片马氏体+纤维状马氏体→更粗大的马氏体片+大量残余奥氏体.文中充分证实,中、高碳淬火钢在光学显微镜下显现出的纤维状马氏体同低磷淬火钢中的板条马氏体显著不同.此外还重点分析了中、高碳钢的高温淬火组织是全部孪晶型片状马氏体,没有板条马氏体。
40Cr, 65Mn and T11A steels were taken as examples, therule of effect of austenitizing temperatures on microstructures was stu-died in depth using optical, scanning and transmission electron microsco-pes and it was obtained that following a continuous increase in austeni-tizing temperature, the change series of quenched microstructures is thefaintly visible needle-like martensite→fine plate martensite of which orien-ration is chaotic→fibred martensite of which dimensions uniterruptely incr-ease→fibred martensite plus coarse plate martensite→very coarse plate marte-nsite plus retained austenite. It is sufficently verified that in medium andhigh carbon quenched steels, the fibred martensite which is observed un-der optical microscope is significantly different from the packets of lathmartensite in low carbon quenched steels. In addition, it has been demon-strated emphatically that high-temperature quenched microstructures inmedium and high carbon steels are all plate martensite and have no lathmartensite.
