摘要
随着市场经济的繁荣和城市走向现代化,构建地理信息系统势在必行.本文就信阳市农业发展的现状,提出了构建信阳农业信息系统的必要性;介绍了利用遥感技术、GPS技术、WEB技术和地理信息系统工具,建立信阳市农业地理信息系统的方法;设计了信阳市农业地理信息系统的构成及其功能特点.
With the development of market economy and regional modernization, remote sensing(RS) and geographic information system(GIS) have been playing a more and more important role in many domains. So ,GIS had been set up in many fields. It is very imperative to found agricultural information system. This paper points out the necessity of founding the agricultural information system for the present situation of agricultural development in Xinyang; Provides a discussion of the establishment and the composing of the agricultural information system in Xinyang by the tools of RS ,GIS ,GPS and Web.
