摘要
以脱乙酰几丁质为载体,聚乙烯醇为增强剂,经甘油和乳酸溶胀后,固定原儿茶酸和环丙沙星两种药物,在温度为60℃、pH值在6.2~7.0的条件下流延成膜.按照假稳态溶液模型求解了缓释动力学方程Mt=[(DpLaqKp/aqC/Daq)2+2DpCpC·t]1/2-DpLaqKp/aqC/Daq,在反应初期得出了缓释速率方程为dMt/dt=CaqDaq/Laq,缓释速率为膜水边界层控制,与释放时间无关;在反应后期dMt/dt=(DpCpC/2t)1/2,缓释速率随时间增加而减小.
A novel polymer membrane containing protocatechuic acid and ciprofloxacin is prepared based on chitosan/polyvinyl alcohol at 60 ℃and pHvalue6.2~7.0 by solvent casting technique and its mechanical properties are measured. Slowness drug release dynamics equation M_t=C/D_(aq))^(1/2)-D_pL_(aq)K_(p/aq)C/D_(aq) is dissolved according to the model of perseudo steady state solution, and the slow velocity equation dM_t/dt=C_(aq)D_(aq)/L_(aq) is educed. The slowness velocity is cortrolled by boundary layer at initial stage,while the slowness velocity dM_t/dt=(D_pC_pC/2t)^(1/2) descends with time at latter stage.
