摘要
模具图纸的尺寸标注是一项费时费力的工作 ,在标注中通常会出现尺寸线疏密不当 ,标注不直观 ,图面繁杂的缺陷。基于这些不足 ,本文对高效、智能化坐标尺寸自动标注系统进行了研究。着重介绍了该系统智能取点、尺寸线自动生成、防止尺寸线干涉等核心算法 ,在VC环境下利用ObjectARX进行二次开发的关键技术 ,以及采用数据链表动态的组织管理图形数据的设计方法。
Drawing dimension label is a time-consuming job in die & mould design process. In the process,it always has the limitation of the improper dimension lines and the miscellaneous drawing. In according to the defects, a method to develop an intelligent and efficient coordinate dimension label system is introduced. It is emphases on the algorithm of getting sets of points to be dimensioned and locating the dimension lines,the key technology of software implement by using ObjectARX,and the design method of manage the drawing data using the chain lists.
