摘要
介绍了一种小型缸内直喷式汽油机试验台架的研究与开发。详细讲述了其电控燃油喷射系统的设计。针对小排量发动机开发的"共轨 阀 嘴"式喷油器,利用高速开关电磁阀易于数字控制的特点,可方便地对喷射参数进行调节,最低循环喷油量达0.9mg。怠速试验结果表明,其油耗、NOX和HC排放性能均优于化油器式发动机。
The research and development of a small type direct injection spark-ignition engine test bed is introduced. The design of electronic-controlled fuel injection system is presented in detail. The newly-developed 'common rail-valve-nozzle' type injector uses the characteristics of HSV that is easily numeric-controlled to adjust the injection parameters. The minimum fuel delivery per cycle reaches 0.9mg. The test results at idle speed show that direct-injection gasoline engine is superior to carburetor engine in fuel consumption, NO_X and HC emissions.
