介绍了CAD技术在星载电子设备热分析中的应用和相关热分析系统的特点。针对一种典型的星载设备热分析软件作了深入的讨论 ,分析了其在空间热分析方面的功能和技术特点。就一种典型卫星 ,阐述了其空间热分析的方法和步骤 ,以此了解它的使用方法和特点。
This paper introduces the application of CAD technology to thermal analysis of electronic equipment on satellite and the characteristics of thermal analysis system. It discusses deeply the thermal analysis software through a typical satellite, and analyzes functions and characteristics of thermal analysis in space. For a typical satellite, we describe the process and method of implementing this thermal analysis system in space.
