摘要
为了提高铸铝合金阳极氧化膜的性能,通过极化曲线、膜层厚度和显微硬度等测试手段研究了硫酸浓度、氧化电流密度、脉冲参数、时效处理等因素对铸铝合金氧化膜厚度、硬度、氧化膜耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,负向电流能有效提高氧化膜的耐蚀性,氧化电流大小对氧化膜厚度起决定作用,对硬度影响显著。时效处理对氧化膜耐蚀性、膜厚、表面硬度都有显著影响。脉冲频率的提高和氧化液硫酸浓度的降低有助于膜层硬度的提高。通过试验得到了各工艺参数对氧化膜性能的影响规律,为工业应用提供了参考。
In order to improve the perfurmance of anodic oxidation film on east aluminum alloy, the effects of H_2SO_4 concentration, current density, pulse parameters and ageing time of anodic oxidation on the thickness, hardness and corrosion resistance of anodic oxidation film on cast aluminum alloy were studied by polarization curves, fihn thickness and microhardness tests. Results show that negative current can improve the corrosion resistance of fihn efficiently. The oxidation eurrent plays a decisive effect on the thickness of film, and also important for the hardness. The ageing process is effective to the thickness, hardness and electrochemical performance of film. Improving the frequency or reducing the concentration of H_2SO_4 electrolyte is helpful to increase the hardness of film. Effects of process parameters on the properties of oxidation film by the experiments provide references for industrial application.
