摘要
所设计的楔块式低副单向超越离合器,主要由内环、外环、楔块和拨盘等构件组成。拨盘和内环分别为运动或动力的输入和输出构件,当拨盘相对内环转速快时,拨盘通过拨盘上的拨销和楔块带动内环同步转动,否则,拨盘和内环各自转动。同时,分析了在设计该超越离合器时有关构件的强度计算以及在工作过程中主要相关参数的计算。该超越离合器能有效地消除现有高副楔块式单向超越离合器的缺点,它可以传递大转矩、抗冲击性能好、寿命长,扩大了超越离合器在某些方面的应用,有很大应用价值。
The V-shaped unidirectional clutch is made of inner ring, outer ring, wedge and driven disk. The driven disk is power input element, inner ring is power output element. When driven disk revolves faster than inner ring, driven disk drives inner ring to revolve at the same speed by pin and wedge on driven disk. Otherwise, driven disk and inner ring revolve at different speeds. The calculation of the element strength and related parameters formula are given. The new clutch has more advantages than higher pair V-shaped clutch. It may transmit bigger torsional power and has long life as well as better anti-impact performance. It is deserved wide application.
