摘要
借助于三维场分析软件ANSYS,对各种常用电磁脱扣器建立了三维有限元模型,通过分析其磁场分布,用磁场分割的方法并经过拟合后,得到计算气隙磁导和漏磁导公式。用此计算公式结合已有的磁路法,实现各种形式的电磁脱扣器的动态特性仿真。
In this paper, 3D finite element models were set up in ANSYS for different magnetic releases of MC-
CB. Based on analyzing their distribution of magnetic field, the magnetic circuit was set up with the formulas for cal-
cu1ating magnetic conductance of working and leakage air gap to be deduced, so the simulation of dynamic character-
istic of magnetic release can be realized by using magnetic circuit method, which needs short computation time and
gets more correct results than ordinary magnetic circuit method.
