摘要
提出了一种以端齿-输出架-钢球-输入凸轮组成空间啮合副的新型活齿传动,该传动具有啮合间隙可调、同时啮合齿数多、可实现精密传动等特点。根据单参数曲面族包络的理论和定传动比条件建立了啮合零件理论齿廓方程。讨论了刀具半径对啮合齿形的影响。着重研究了啮合零件修正齿形和刀具中心轨迹的求解方法,并给出了实例。
A new sliding tooth precision gearing is put forward, whose spatial meshing group is consisted of face tooth-output frame-ball-input cam. It is characterized by adjustable back mesh, multi-teeth gearing, being able to realize precision transmission and so on. According to enveloping theory of single parametric curves and constant transmission ratio condition, theoretical profile equations of meshing parts are established; effects of cutter radius on profile are discussed; solutions to real profile and cutter center locus are studied in detail; example and numerical results are presented.
