摘要 筒式钢球磨煤机是大型火力发电厂锅炉中间储仓式制粉系统的主要辅助设备,其安全经济运行至关重要。介绍DTM350/700型筒式钢球磨煤机的故障情况和所采取的措施,指出钢球磨煤机在制造和维修中应做的改进工作,以确保磨煤机安全稳定地运行。 Tube mill is an important auxiliary equipment of bin storage type pulverizing system of large size utility boiler, its safe operation is extremely important. This paper introduces the failure status of DTM350/700 type tube mills and the taken prevention measures in Datong No.2 Power Plant, and puts forward the improvement works which should be carried out in the manufacturing and maintenance for ensuring the safe and stable operation of tube mill.
