介绍了负压实型铸造(EPC)发展概况。以及此法在稀土镁球铁曲轴生产中应用的主要工艺参数和工序要点、工艺装备和工装选定及对比试验结果。指出在近十年内,EPC必将得到很快的发展。
The development of evaporative process casting (EPC) was summarized. The choise of main process parameters, key operation points and pattern equipment, as well as the results of comparative tests in its application to production of RE-Mg nodular cast iron crankshafts were described . The auther was sure that EPC process would develop rapidly in coming decade.
