摘要
本文在复习近期国内外文献的基础上,对25例60岁以上老年人鼻衄的发病原因、出血部位及治疗方法加以分析,结果发现:老年人鼻衄原因以高血压动脉硬化为首位(占72％);鼻腔后部出血比例数增多,量多且凶猛;治疗上主要采用前后鼻孔填塞,其中单纯前鼻孔填塞16例(占64％),单纯后鼻孔填塞2例。(占8％),前后鼻孔同时填塞7例(占28％)。文中还提出由于老年人血管收缩能力及粘膜再生修复能差,需恰当延长鼻腔填塞时间。同时强调积极精神治疗及恰当降压治疗的必要性。
After reviewing the domestic and foreign literatures, the etiology site and treatment of 25 cases aged men's epistaxis were analysed. The results indicated: hyperteasive aiterioselerocis are main cause of aged men's epistaxis (72%). The ratio of bleeding from posterior parts of nose is increasing and the bleeding is often more vigrous. Packing nose is the main method of treatment. The single anterior pecking was 16 cases (64%). The single posterior packing was 2 cases (8%). The anterior together with posterior packing was 7 cases(28%) The article also suggested that packing time must be longer because of lower ability of blood vosels constrction and mucosal regenerating and repairing in aged men and emphasized the importance of mental treatment and fitly decreasing hypertension.
