摘要
在大学英语教学中,构建和强化大学生的文化认知能力,是近年来大学英语教师一直努力探索的科研课题.随着高校外语教学的日益交际化,大学生们不仅需要良好的外语语言能力,还需要了解不同文化之间的差异,并在交际化的外语教学中能灵活地认知和运用这些文化,以达到学以致用的教学目的.本文将阐述交际化外语教学与文化认知的相关理论,着力探讨文化认知在高校外语教学中的重要地位,以促使大学英语教师重视大学生的文化认知能力的培养和提高.
Topics around cultural cognition have become increasingly popular in discussions of foreign language teaching. Without understanding the culture, it is unthinkable and very hard for one to master a foreign language and communicate very well with its native speakers. This paper discusses the relationship between communicative foreign language teaching and cultural cognition and the importance of cultural cognition in foreign language teaching.
