摘要
15例主动脉窦瘤破裂经二维及多普勒超声心动图诊断。所有病例均得到心血管造影或手术证实。本组超声诊断的符合率为100％。本文讨论了主动脉窦瘤破裂至不同腔室的最佳切面及声像图表现。同时认为,详细的病史资料采集,超声的全面探查,增加右心声学造影是提高诊土窦瘤破裂合并畸形准确率的重要手段。
15 cases provedby cardiac--vascular angiography and operation of aortic sinus rupture were diagnosed by Doppler ultrasound. The identifying rate of Doppler ultrasound was 100%. The optimal sections of different atria--ventricle and visualization of songraphy in aortic--sinus rupture were discussed. It were important for diagnosis of aortic--sinus rupture with malformation to collect a case history and acquir clearly delineation of the atria--ventricle and right heart for contrast--medium.
