摘要
在一般分析了跨国公司全球扩张对我国企业安全产生影响的基础上,提出了保障我国企业安全的战略构想:目前还不具备构建我国全球性跨国公司的成熟时机,应在进一步开放和发展我国经济前提下向国际知名跨国公司学习,组建行业组织,加强行业管理,提高自身素质,以便今后更好地合作与竞争。最后从走可持续发展道路、树立全球发展观、增强国际竞争力、规范企业并购行为等方面提出了积极应对跨国公司全球扩张,保障我国企业安全的对策建议。
This paper analyzes the effect of global expansion of transnational corporations and its effect on the security of Chinese enterprises and puts forward some strategic idea for ensuring their security. The conditions are premature for China to establish its own global multinationals and, therefore, efforts should be made to obtain experience by learning from prestigious international multinationals in the process of further opening- up and development, form trade organizations, improve trade management, standardize merging and purchase of enterprises, strengthen our own ability to cooperate and enhance our competitiveness. Some suggestions are offered to cope with the global expansion of transnational corporations and guarantee the security of Chinese enterprises.
