摘要
松辽流域是中国三大流域之一,水能资源丰富,而当前流域内水能资源开发利用中还存在诸如缺乏长远规划、建设资金不足等瓶颈,要实现可持续开发利用松辽流域水能资源是可持续发展战略的重要组成部分,利用流域水能资源可持续开发利用的评价标准和方法反映不同地区可持续发展程度和协调性,采取适当的开发利用战略和对策,实现松辽流域水能资源的可持续开发。
Songhua River and Liaohe River valley is one of the three largest valleys in China, having a great potential in hydropower. However, there are a number of problems in the development of this area as well, such as lack of long-term planning and lack of investment. This paper claims that it is an important part of realizing the sustainable development strategy to make a sustainable use of the hydropower resources in this valley. More importantly, it is necessary to know the extent to which this valley can be developed in a sustainable and harmonious way by studying carefully the evaluation standard and methods. Therefore, appropriate strategies and measures should be taken to realize the sustainable development of the Songhua and Liaohe river valley.
