部分苯衍生物对黄瓜种子发芽率的抑制毒性及QSAR研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用半静态培养法测定了 2 9种苯衍生物对黄瓜种子发芽率的 48h抑制毒性 ,并进行了定量结构 活性相关研究 .结果表明 :苯衍生物对黄瓜种子发芽率的抑制毒性不仅与化合物的疏水性 ( 1gKOW)有关 ,而且与其分子最低未占轨道能量 (ELUMO) In this paper,inhibition phytotoxicity of 29 benzene derivatives on seed germination rate of cucumis sativus was investigated.QSAR models were developed to study inhibition phytotoxicity by using of lg K OW and E LUMO as descriptors.The development of two parameter QSAR,or response surface analysis was performed and results revealed that E LUMO in combination with lg K OW provided a good model to predict the phytotoxicity of benzene derivatives.
