摘要
为对电厂锅炉小径管进行性能评价,研制了用于电厂锅炉小径管的超声C/A扫描成像装置。人工试块的检测结果表明,该系统可综合A扫描和C扫描的特点,实现缺陷的判断和识别。
Ultrasonic image technique is an advanced way to improve the reliability of ultrasonic testing.This paper introduces the deve- loped ultrasonic C/A scan image apparatus for NDT of small diameter tubes of boiler in fossil power plant.The results of artificial sam-ples show that the system can take advantage of both techniques of A-scan and C-scan for judging and identifying the defects.
