摘要
从系统的设计、专家系统的应用、系统主要功能等方面阐述一套已投入运行的调度操作票专家系统。该系统继承了已有操作票自动生成系统的基本功能并进行完善,并新增从实时系统获取设备状态、操作票电子流转、站内操作等功能。
Dispatching operating order system based on expert system using in NCC(The National Power Dispatching&Communication Center)is presented.The paper describes the system design,use of expert system,and the main functions of this system.The system accedes and improves some functions of operating order system in existence.The new functions of gaining real-time status,operating order on the move and substation operating order are appended.
