摘要
通过研究江苏省电力行业二氧化硫的排放状况,提出利用排放绩效(GPS)并考虑已定总量控制目标、发电机组容量、是否热电联产、“两控区”内外管理要求、新老污染源时空分布等因素分配电力行业SO排放配额的方法,并得到了初步应用。
Through studying the SO 2 emission situation of power industry in Jiangsu Province,the following method is put forward,'to use the generating performance standard(GPS)and take the decided emission capping aim,generating unit capacity,cogeneration adminis-tration requirements for both inside and outside of SO 2 control area and acid rain control area,time and space distribution of new and old pol-lution sources etc.into consideration to distribute SO 2 emission allowance in power industry'.This method has achieved initial application.
