摘要 对华能大连电厂350MW机组4号锅炉MPS磨煤机在运行中存在的磨煤机振动、石子煤量较大、煤粉较粗、锅炉个别燃烧器出现脱火等问题进行分析,并通过试验对制粉系统进行优化,使磨煤机存在的问题得到有效解决,调整后的锅炉效率与性能考核时相比提高了0.98个百分点,结论及建议对锅炉运行和检修具有一定的指导作用。 Coal pulverizer vibration,large quantity of rejected gangue,coarser pulverized coal and nonflame of a few burners of boiler existed in the operation of MPS coal pulverizers of No.4350MWboiler in Huaneng Dalian Power plant.These problems were analyzed,the coal pulverizing system was optimized through testings,with the existed problems of coal pulverizers effectively solved.The boiler effieieney after adjustment was increased by0.98percentage point in comparison with the performance check.The conclusion and suggestions have a certain guiding role for the operation and repair of boilers.
