摘要
用近20种酚重新考察了影响4—AAP比色法的因素。方法在pH8.0下最灵敏,但最佳测试pH为9~11,因为空白值在pH9—11时比pH8.0下小而且重现性好。用17种酚试验了与4—AAP的反应,发现硝基酚类不与4—AAP反应。还报告了其他酚类的ε和E_λ^(1%)值,它们中相差最大的约为100倍,用10种酚试验了馏出速率,除4种酚外所有的酚均可随水蒸汽蒸出,只要馏出体积几乎与原样体积相同。蒸馏可减缓苯胺产生的干扰,对位为-OH,-C1,-CH_3,-NH_2的酚类仍可与4—AAP显色,其解释有待于进一步研究。
The factors influencing the determinaton of phenols by 4-AAP coloremetrywere reexamined with nearly 20 kinds of phenols. The method was very sensitive at pH 8.0, but the optimumal pH was 9-11 for determination since theblank values were much smaller and more reproducible than at pH 8.0. 17different phenols were tested with 4-AAP, and it was found that nitrophenolsdid not react with it. The values of ε and E^1_λ% of the others were also reported, and the largest difference between them was almost 100-fold. The distillation rate was. tested with 10 phenols. All but 4 could be distilled with water steam, and the distillation volume was almost the same as that of the original samples. Interference caused by aniline could be alleviated by distillation. The phenols whose para position was occupied by-OH, -G1, -GH3, and-NH_2 reacted with 4-AAP. More investigation is needed to explain this phenomenon
