摘要
本文用流行性出血热病毒(EHFV)HU、B_2地方毒株接种Vero-E_(?)细胞后,用PBS制备细胞悬液直接点片经CO_2培养法制备EHFV细胞抗原片,与国家标准株(A_(?))细胞抗原片同时检测野鼠型病毒免疫血清,家鼠型病毒免疫血清,EHF病人血清及健康人血清抗体,其结果均一致,现已推广应用于基层临床早期诊断,在健康人群隐性感染调查中也取得满意效果。
This paper reports the preparation of antigenic slides with EHFV endemicstrain(HU·B_2) by means of PBS cell suspension and CO_2 culture. When compared with the slides prepared with Ag strain in the immune sera of Apodemus and Rattus as well as the sera antibody of EHF patients and healthy people the results were identical. The HU·B, prepared slides are used in theearly diagnosis of EHF in primary clinic work, It is also used in theinvestigation of inapparent infection of healthy population.
