摘要
分析并建立了一种基于总成本分析的维修优化模型。推导了风险函数及故障频率的求法与量化,给出了分析模型的建立过程。最后给出了电厂风机系统的分析例子。该模型可以推广到其它各种系统,对维修工作的实施具有普遍的指导意义。
Based on the total costanalysis an optimal maintenance model is established and the de- tailed risk function and failure frequencies are discussed and presented. The modeling process is ana- lyzed and a fan facility system example is given. The model is a general model and can be applied in other fields for maintenance decision- making. [
