摘要
常规备用电源自投方案仅适用于两回进线互为备用的降压变电站,当变电站带有地方小电厂上网线路时,传统的备自投逻辑往往不能正确动作。分析了上述问题产生的原因,并提出了一种与传统备自投逻辑兼容,而且在变电站带有地方电厂上网线路时也能正确动作的新备用电源自投方案。
The conventional self- closing program forstandby power supply is only used for the step- down substation with two mutual backup lines.If a small local power plantis connected to this step- down substation itwill fail to function correctly.In thisarticle,thecause of this phenomenon was an- alyzed and an innovated self- closing program,which is compatible with the conventional program and can function correctly even with a small power plantconnected to the substation,was raised.
