摘要
用量氢法研究了几种无机、有机、无机与有机组合缓蚀剂对锌粉腐蚀的缓蚀效果,同时对它们的缓蚀效果进行了比较。实验结果表明,所采用的无机缓蚀剂中Hg的缓蚀效果最好,其次是In2O3;在有机缓蚀剂中,六次甲基四胺的缓蚀效果最好,但比Hg和In2O3都差;组合缓蚀剂中十二烷基苯磺酸钠与Pb(NO3)2组合的缓蚀效果最好,不仅远比单一的无机或有机缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果好,而且比Hg好。
Inhibition of Zn corrosion in KOH solution by different inhibitors had been investigated by measuring hydrogen method. All the inhibitors used could inhibite to a certain extent the corrosion of zinc powder in KOH solutions. However, the inhibition used was far poorer than the inhibition by Hg. In_2O_3 and hexamethyl tetramine were the best among the inorganic inhibitors except for Hg and the organic inhibitors used respectively. An excellent inhibition of Zn powders, which was better than that by Hg, could be obtained when the inorganic inhibitor Pb(NO_3)_2 and dodecylbenzene sodium sulfonate were used together. It was shown that there was a significant synergism between Pb(NO_3)_2 and dodecylbenzene sulfonate sodium for the zinc corrosion.
