摘要
本文观察不同剂量γ线照射后小鼠大肠运动变化和肠套叠形成.正常大肠活动为规则的周期性收缩,照射后连续性收缩发生例数随照射剂量增大而增多,收缩频率增加,同时约有50%左右的小鼠发生大肠强收缩.有3例小鼠大肠在强收缩同时出现大肠套叠.套叠产生部位多在升结肠,仅有少数小鼠大肠运动可为不同程度的抑制.因而设想大肠套叠的发生可能与肠运动功能增强有关.
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of various doses of γ-irradiation on motility of large intestine and intestinal intussusception formation in mice.The normal pattern of murine colon contraction is regular and periodic in nature.Continuous contractions occurred after exposure.At the same time strong contractions appeared in 50% of experimental animals and intussusceptions formed mostly in strongly contractile colon usually in ascending colon; only in a small number of mice developed inhibition of colon motility.We consider that the intussusception formation in colon after γ-irradiation may closely related to the disorder of large intestinal motility.
