摘要
近几年,我国农产品的质量问题日趋严重,加强农业标准化建设,提高农产品的质量势在必行。实践表明,农业标准化是衡量农产品质量高低,保证农产品质量的重要手段。依靠标准手段,加速提高农产品的质量和档次,调优农业结构,扩大国际市场占有份额,保持出口的竞争优势,是我国农产品质量上水平、效益上层次的重要出路。笔者分析了农业标准化对农产品质量的影响及农业标准化建设的现状,并提出了相应的对策和措施。
In recent years, the low quality of Chinese agricultural product which has become serious increasingly makes it imperative to enforce agricultural standardization system. The paper holds that the establishment of such a system is crucial to the quality improvement of agricultural product. Under the system, the agricultural structure will be regulated, the international market share will be enlarged, and thus the competitive superiority of Chinese agricultural product will be maintained. The paper analyzes the problems in the establishment of agricultural standardization and put forward countermeasures.
