摘要
本文对中国石油资源战略的有关问题进行了分析。作者认为,基于目前及今后国际政治、经济发展的情况,以及我国经济发展对石油资源日益扩大的需求,为确保国家、民族的眼前和长远发展与利益不受损失,我国应尽快确立国家石油资源安全战略,并加快建设国内石油能源储备基地。
This paper discusses some problems about the strategies of Chinese petroleum source. It argues that in the light of the present/ future situation of international politics and economy as well as the increasing petroleum needs for the national economic development,China ought to set up a set of national security strategies of petroleum resource and quicken the construction of the base of petroleum energy storage in order to secure the protection of the present/long-term national benefits.
