摘要
本文通过分析博士研究生招生现状和社会对高层次人才培养的需要,论述了在博士研究生招生工作中如何通过优化学科专业结构、控制入学质量、发挥导师主动性、科学调控招生计划等进一步深化博士生招生改革,主动适应社会需要。
After an analysis of the present situation of the doctorate student recruit and the needs of high-rank personnel, this paper discusses how to deepen the reform of doctorate recruit and try to actively meet the needs of the society by means of optimizing the structure of the majors, controlling the qualities of new students, exerting advisers' activity, and making a scientific recruiting plan.
