摘要
硕究生须发表一定数量的论文方可毕业系中国高校的自创制度。这种制度是弊端重重的:缺乏法律及政策依据;论量不论质,拔苗助长;违反教育规律的长期性;等等。中国要建立若干世界一流大学,必须要依法治教,必须要借鉴世界一流大学关于培养人才的基本模式和思路。
It is a unique system that Chinese graduate students have to publish a certain number of papers otherwise their degrees won't be permitted to be awarded.The present author argues that the system has such abuses as: first of all it is not based on the law or governmental policies;second,it seems the only factor considered is the quantity instead of the quality; third, it violates the long-term educational law.Clearly,the only way for China to reach the goal of building up some first rate universities is to manage the universities according to the law,and besides,it is necessary to learn the basic development models from the world top universities.
