摘要
本文报道5个7-取代6,14-桥键蒂巴因衍生物的^(13)C-NMR谱.它们的NMR谱图较为复杂,本工作采用二维NMR新技术对每一个谱峰的归属作了确定,并且发现Carroll等人对化合物(2)和(4)中C-17和C-18信号指定有误.根据^(13)C化学位移变化规律,提出用C-18信号的化学位移测定C-7构型的方法.
The ^(13)C NMR spectra of five 7-substituted 6,14-bridged thebaine derivatives (1-5) are reported.The signal due to each carbon in these compounds were assigned by two-dimensi-onal NMR techniques.The C-17 and C-18 signal assignments made by Carroll in compounds (2) and (3) were found to be reversed.From an analysis ^(13)C spectra of compounds (1-5) and some other 6,14-bridged thebaine derivatives,a method elucidating C-7 configuration was proposed.
