摘要
本文是以开发成套设备工程项目信息管理系统需求分析阶段的工作内容为背景 ,在分析项目实施的过程内容与特征要求的基础上 ,阐述了项目管理的业务要素和组织体系 ,提出了包括空间思维和时间过程两个方面的基本模式。
In the background of the work content of the demand analyzing stage of the information management systems in developing engineering projects of complete sets of equipment,through analyzing the process content of project implementing and organizing system,this paper discusses the professional essential factors and the composition system of the project management,and puts forward the basic pattern in space thought and time process.
