摘要
网络信息技术的发展,对图书馆读者服务产生极其深远的影响。这就要求图书馆读者服务也要进行相应的调整,以适应网络环境下读者的信息需求。通过对现代信息技术条件下图书馆读者服务特点的分析,表明网络信息技术的发展已经引起读者服务管理、理念等诸多方面的变革,新的读者服务模式已经到来。
The development of network and information technology has a great influence upon reader service work in library, which requires that reader service work should be adjusted to meet readers' information demands in the environment of network. This paper analyses the characteristics of reader service work in modern information technology and shows that the development of network and information technology has already led to reform in such aspects as the management of reader service work and the idea of reader service work. A new model of reader service work in library has emerged.
