摘要
介绍一种在网络环境下实现多媒体教学信息资源设计、检索、组合、传播，并可供教师和学生根据教学需要组合运用生成所需的教学系统开发方法，以实现网络积件的思想．
This paper introduces the design,retrieval,combination and dispersion of information in multimedia teaching information under network environment,which can be used by teachers and students to combine and develop new forms of teaching systems.
