摘要
全球化的发展和人才竞争的加剧促使一种新的用人方式———人才租赁逐渐受到重视。人才租赁实现了人才资源的市场化和人才的柔性的合理的流动 ,对江西的经济建设具有极为重要的作用。本文结合我省的现实状况 ,对我省人才租赁业的发展对策进行了探讨。
The development of globalization and the keen competition in talents make a new way of employing talents get more attention. Talents lease realize the marketization of talents and the rational and flexible flow of talents resources, which play an important part in the economic construction of Jiangxi. Based on the status quo of the Jiangxi province, this article makes research on the development countermeasures to talents lease industry in our province.
