摘要
随着自然保护区面积与数量的增加,保护区所牵涉的社区及人口也相应增长,由此带来的种种矛盾是不可避免的。社区共管作为协调二者关系的一种方法与手段虽然出现时间不长,但却发挥了重要的作用。本文从论述自然保护区与社区关系入手,介绍了社区共管的概念、研究方法(着重介绍了PRA方法)以及我国开展社区共管的基本情况。并根据存在的问题,提出了自然保护区与周边社区协调发展的对策。
Along with the increasing of nature reserve areas and quantities, the contradiction between nature reserves and communities becomes more and more serious. As a new method, community involvement in nature reserve management has a very important effect. First, this study introduces the concept, method of studying (introducing the way-Participatory Rural Appraisal), and then, discusses the relationship between nature reserves and communities, and progress in community involvement in nature reserve management in China.
