摘要
权力是国际政治的核心概念之一 ,但如何界定该概念却存在争论。本文并不是对该概念进行重新厘定 ,而是对其涵义进行新的解释 ,由此指出权力是私有性与公共性的统一 ,是力量与力量转化的结合 。
Power is one of keywords in international politics. However, there is debate over its concept. Power is characterized not only by privateness but also by publicness. It is resulted from the strength and its trnasformation. It includes two ways to function usch as coercion and approval. Extension, comprehensiveness, and intensity are its three special characteristics.
